Where I live.

I currently live in Waterloo, Iowa, and I'm originally from the Kansas City area.

What I love doing (when not at work).

I love staying active - exercising, coaching soccer, walking local trails. I also love the simple things: listening to good music, traveling to new places, making and eating delicious food, enjoying a cold beverage, and spending time with people whose company I enjoy.

What I do (professionally).

I develop, implement, and manage strategic, growth-driven strategies to help our clients grow sustainably.

What makes me good at it.

I studied journalism and public relations in college, and I've used the basics from each to grow into my career as a digital marketer.

Journalism taught me about asking the right questions, finding the story, and tight writing.  Public relations and marketing brought knowledge in determining target audiences, human/consumer psychology, and a wide variety of marketing strategies and tactics.

I love the puzzle growth marketing presents. There are a ton of levers you can pull and plays you can run, and there's no one "right way" to grow and be successful.

Why I do it for Lean Labs?

I love our "no one-sided wins" philosophy. SaaS and tech founders have a ton of important, pressing things to worry about. Whether their growth team has their best interests in mind shouldn't be one of them.

Our core value of continuous improvement means I'm continually trying to improve and become my best self to better serve our clients. I honestly can't believe I get paid to do it!
