The Goal Setting guide is a simple yet powerful tool. It enables you to set revenue goals and break those down into key performance indicators that you'll need to hit in order to achieve those revenue goals.
This guide is a 2 step process:
1. Establish Your 3 Year Revenue Goals
2. Calculate Your KPIs Needed to Achieve those Goals
As such, the first step of this guide will simply ask you about your revenue last year and the revenue you'd like to see 3 years from now. Step 2 requires more information in order to provide the KPIs you'll need to hit. You will need information like: avarage annual revenue per customer, number of new clients last year, number of website visits last year, number of leads last year, etc.
If you don't have all the information to complete step 2, you can still complete step 1 in one minute and come back to step 2 later.
