Where you live? I'm based in New Jersey, but depending on how high the snow is I'm probably in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

What you love doing (when not at work)? Spending time with my family and movie marathons is my time to recharge. I enjoy chamomile tea, yoga, meditation, and traveling abroad (Italy is my favorite so far).

What you do (professionally)? I develop, implement, and manage strategic, growth-driven strategies to help our clients grow sustainably.

What makes you good at it (background / skills / traits)? From earning my Masters degree in Administration, to working in healthcare marketing, I learned early on about analytics, research, and using lean processes to operate efficiently.

As I grew my digital marketing skills, and branched out to work with all industries, I build up my technical skills, along with my love for creating content and improving someone's business.

I'm proud to say I've worked in many areas of marketing including brand marketing strategy, social media strategy, website design, SEO optimization, leading panel speaking engagements, and professional coaching. All this experience gives me a unique perspective on any project because I'm always thinking about the big picture and the different facets of a campaign.

It's been a joy to acquire skills that match up wonderfully with the Tech & SaaS niche of digital marketing, working with analytical, design, strategy, and client relations.

Why you do it for Lean Labs? After working as a one-woman company for over three years, I was looking for the perfect team that puts the client's happiness first, values professional development, has an enjoyable work environment, and has a stellar team of professionals.
