Atlantech Online provides telecommunications services to the greater Washington, D.C. area. As one of the industry's early entrants, we were excited to work with a company ready to adopt new approaches in their marketing.
Atlantech Online was one of the early entrants into the Internet Service Provider industry, starting in 1995. Atlantech hired us to improve the quality of their leads to drive more sales.
Atlantech has an edge on many national providers as they're a locally-based business. The company serves the greater Washington, D.C. area and focuses on providing the best telecommunications services and customer support it can for the region.
To differentiate Atlantech's brand, we used that regional coverage, highlighting a business that was more about Main Street than Wall Street.
The main problem the website had was that the leads coming in weren't qualified. Contacts were from foreign countries and well outside Atlantech's area of operations. To address this, we honed messaging across the site, ensuring the copy only spoke to those who were good fits for business.
We then added a pricing page, additional offers, and dynamic calls to action to attract the attention of the right customers. We also developed a "Check Fiber Availability" tool, showing leads if their building could receive fiber, and delivering high quality leads to Atlantech.
Overall, Atlantech saw a 355% increase in qualified leads. And, that number continues to grow as we fine-tune their website through Growth Driven Design.
