I'm an introvert by nature and love "living" behind-the-scenes, doing the things that help a company operate efficiently and effectively. My role at Lean Labs is to provide a two-way interface between our founder and the rest of the team.
I live in Olathe, Kansas, which is a suburb of the Kansas City metro.
When not working, you'll likely find me at a soccer game (or football for anyone not in the US). I'm a proud "soccer mom" to my three daughters, Kaiya, Taylor and Brynley, who occupy most of my free time running around to their endless games and school activities. Spending quality time with my husband and children in the mountains - hiking, skiing, relaxing, really anything in the mountains - is my favorite past time. I also love watching pretty much any college/professional sport, live music, retail therapy and my German Shepherd Boulder.
I'm the Production Assistant for our founder, Kevin Barber. I interface between Kevin and the team to help ensure things get done.
I graduated from the University of Louisiana - Monroe with a degree in Business Management. I have spent my nearly 20 year professional career working behind-the-scenes, helping founders get their plans delegated and executed.
The work-life balance at Lean Labs is the best. You can be a winner professionally, and still enjoy your time with family and friends.
“I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life, and that is why I succeed.” —Michael Jordan
