I attended Midlands State Universtity, graduating in 2015 with a B.com. in Retail Management. I am also a member of the Women in Customer Experience community (WiCX). I started working when I was 18 years old, mainly in the frontline roles. That exposed me to the various ways companies conduct business. I naturally enjoy making things better; identifying a gap and finding numerous ways to resolve it.
