Looking for a place for your team to stay at the HubSpot Inbound Conference 2019?
The Lean Labs team has been attending Inbound for seven years straight. Finding a great place to stay in a convenient location not far from the conference center is one of the keys to getting the most from your week.
Boston's a big town and you could spend a ton of time looking through hospitality options. We've done that for you. Since we had to do some research to find a spot for our own team, we thought we'd share our short-list of sweet AirBnB's for Inbound 2019.
That's what inbound marketers do, right? We turn our internal work into content assets. This is an example of "Creating Attractive Content," which is number two of our Seven Secrets to 10x Growth. Check out the other six here.
HubSpot Inbound Conference 2019: 7 AirBnB's You Should Check Out
We're likely taking a team of five or six (some of our guys will be speaking), but the searches we did for this AirBnB were for a minimum of four beds, since we knew we were going to turn this work into a post. We favored properties in the South End and South Boston neighborhoods because of their proximity to the convention center and standard of living.
Here are seven AirBnB's for the HubSpot Inbound Conference 2019 sorted by price (highest to lowest).
This four bedroom apartment is in a nice downtown neighborhood and furnished like an upscale hotel. A winding staircase leads to a private roof deck with a view of the Boston skyline. If you need to get some work done after conference hours, there are plenty of work-friendly common areas to take advantage of.
Located in Downtown Crossing, you'll get to experience upscale shopping and Boston downtown life up close. This is a Sonder property, so you can expect quick responses to inquiries and a top-notch concierge service. The interior is clean and modern with exposed brick and hardwood throughout.
This AirBnB is the closest to the Convention Center on our list at 0.8 miles. You'll get great views of Boston with two decks and a skyline roof deck. If you're driving in, there are two parking spaces, so you'll save a bundle there. If we get an early chill in September, there's an indoor fireplace. And, at 2,000 square feet, you won't feel cramped.
Similar to the Penthouse Duplex, this brownstone apartment has a fantastic roof deck with a panoramic view of the city skyline. Located in the historic South End neighborhood, this AirBnB is just a couple of blocks from the Boston Public Library and Copley / Prudential Mall. The feel of this property is open and light, which will be a welcome change after a long day in the convention center.
We have another Sonder here, so expect great communication and service. This modern, light-washed space is open-concept with polished concrete floors. The South End neighborhood is one of Boston's finest, and this property is steps away from Giacomo's or Five Horses Tavern if you want to enjoy some local fare.
This property is budget-friendly, but what you give up in amenities, you gain in proximity to the convention center. This South Boston AirBnB is in a great location with easy access to bars and restaurants and is just a few blocks from the conference. If you have a full week of post-conference social activities planned each day, you won't need a luxurious interior and you won't spend a lot of time traveling, so this may be the spot for your team.
Hosted by The Revolution Hotel by Leavetown this unique space has a coworking and co-living feel. To keep things budget-friendly, there are no in-room bathrooms. Rather, single-occupant bathrooms are located at the end of each hallway, and you'll have an indicator light in your suite to let you know if a bathroom is available. If you need to get some work done, head downstairs to the Conspire Coworking Space.
